Join Us for a New CSN Supported Fair!

We’re excited to invite you to be part of a new pilot program we’re launching this year—Fair in a Van, which involves CSN supported fairs! This initiative is designed to bring valuable resources directly into communities while building local capacity to host and lead. 

What’s Different About This Fair? 

Unlike our large-scale resource fairs that you may be familiar with, a CSN supported fair is a lighter-touch model. A local host partner will take the lead on organizing and running the fair, and our team will support them behind the scenes—providing outreach materials, helping recruit table hosts like you, and offering guidance as needed. 

What This Means for You as a Table Host: 

• You’ll still sign up and participate as usual. 

• Our team will not be on-site the day of the fair. 

• We’ll still have the pre-fair check in hosted by CSN, but you’ll coordinate directly with the host partner for logistics like setup, parking, and day-of support. 

• This is a pilot program, so we welcome your feedback as we test this new way of bringing resources to the community! 

We believe this model has the potential to help us reach more community members without straining CSN’s small staff. Your participation helps us explore what’s possible!
