Sponsor the CSN
Every day, frontline human service workers - case managers, shelter staff, outreach coordinators, peer support specialists - are the first and often only connection vulnerable individuals have to stability, dignity, and hope. They are the backbone of social service systems, delivering care in the face of trauma, housing insecurity, addiction, poverty, and systemic inequities. Yet the workforce responsible for healing others is itself under-resourced, under-supported, and frequently at risk of burnout and turnover.
It doesn't have to be this way.
The demand on social services is growing, but the workforce is shrinking. Investing in human service professionals is not a luxury; it is a strategic imperative for the health of our city. The ripple effect of a well-trained, well-supported workforce touches every corner of our community-from child welfare to mental health to housing stability and beyond.
Our region is united around the need to solve pressing problems now. With unprecedented levels of investment, our citizens want greater value, impact, and change from their investment in the city's social safety net. This is the moment to recognize that when we care for caregivers, we create systems that are more compassionate, more effective, and more just.
“The CSN probably had the most impact on my work in the 10 years that I've been doing this job. The network of organizations that I have referred to over the years (because of the CSN) is probably in the range of 200.”

“I have been in community work for over 10 years and I love supporting families. In order to do that, I need a way to gather and access information for resources available in the community. There just isn’t a path to do that without the CSN.”
