Networking Events
At the CSN, networking isn’t about stiff handshakes or awkward small talk—it’s about genuine connection. Our events bring together folks from nonprofits, government agencies, and community partners for laid-back, welcoming gatherings where conversations flow and ideas spark. It’s your chance to swap stories, find new collaborators, and build relationships that make all of our work stronger.
East County Networking Event
We’re excited to continue our partnership with The Rosewood Initiative for our 3rd East County Networking Event - this time hosted in their space!
This gathering is built for frontline staff at community-based organizations, nonprofits, social service providers, and organizations located in or serving East County.
Monthly Virtual Connect
We’re bringing back our Monthly Virtual Connects, a simple, low-pressure space to connect with others across the social service community. We’ve heard through our surveys that this is a need, so we’re giving it a go.
These gatherings are informal and relationship-focused, centered on 1:1 or small group conversations with light prompts to spark connection.

Community Impact Awards
Every day, frontline staff and social service workers show up for our neighbors when they need it most. They work in shelters, food pantries, health clinics, and community spaces, often without recognition or fanfare. The CSN Impact Awards was created to change that. Join us for an evening that will bring together community members, organizations, and supporters for a night of real stories, genuine connection, and shared purpose. We'll also be raising funds to support the people and partnerships that keep our social service sector strong.
