Tri-county’s social service hub

Strengthening our social service sector through education, networking and collaboration

Why the CSN?

Many social service agencies operate in silos, without a central space for digital and in-person connection, collaboration, and learning. This isolation leads to duplication, fragmented services, and staff burnout.

That’s where CSN comes in. We’re the missing link; the connector for providers, offering networking, skill-building, and collaboration to strengthen the workforce and help our community thrive.

I’m the
missing link!

  • “Please know CSN is the only place that provides a hub for social service workers to connect and leverage good practices, resources and just have someone to talk about a situation - counseling. 2025 promises to be a challenging year - and even though the work will be hard - it is needed - otherwise how are we going to be able to help those in need? As the saying goes, ‘When going gets tough - the tough gets going...’ and this cannot be done without us working together in a sustainable and progressive manner. MANY THANKS to CSN!!!!”

-Laila Hajoo, CSN Board Member and Previous Executive Director from Islamic Social Services of Oregon State

  • “The CSN’s ability to foster collaboration and forge partnerships with various local organizations, including nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations is incredibly valuable to our agency. We are a staff of 9 who are very stretched, a common nonprofit struggle. Having the time to organize collaborative events or connect with other nonprofits in other ways is challenging but we know it is needed. By leveraging these partnerships, the CSN has created a synergistic network of organizations who can effectively address the multifaceted challenges faced by individuals and families in our community.”

-Sabrina Wilson, Executive Director, The Rosewood Initiative
