About Us

The Community Services Network, a subsidiary of The DPI Group, is a group of Portland nonprofits, community members, government agencies and companies who want to collectively improve the wraparound services offered to people in need in our community. The CSN, founded in January 2018 with 10 nonprofits, has grown to more than 800 members today.

What Our Members Are Saying

“We are so thankful to be partnering with Community Services Network for 2021 and beyond. The Rosewood neighborhood is one of the most diverse in the state of Oregon, with nearly 30% of neighbors born outside of the United States. The economic and health crisis of COVID-19 has hit our neighbors especially hard, where many people are ineligible or fearful of government assistance. CSN provides the connections to health, wellness, and medical care to our most vulnerable neighbors that they desperately deserve.”

— Marissa Clarke, Partnerships and Operations Director, The Rosewood Initiative

“The Community Services Network plays an essential role in keeping our community connected. In a city with so many social service organizations, non-profits and government agencies working towards the community good, having a common forum to learn together, work together and share ideas is vital.”

— Laura Pascoe, Executive Director, Portland Adventist Community Services
