The Community Impact Awards is an annual celebration honoring the frontline staff and social service professionals who show up for our communities every day. Through a community-wide nomination process, three exceptional individuals will be recognized for the compassion, dedication, and impact they bring to the people and communities they serve.
Join us for an evening of connection, celebration, and community impact as we honor the people helping our region thrive.
What are the Impact Awards?
Every day, someone finds food, housing, healthcare, transportation, or support because a frontline professional took the time to build
a relationship, make a connection, and help them navigate a system that can be difficult to access alone.
Behind every resource, referral, and success story is a person who showed up.
A case manager.
A peer support specialist.
An outreach worker.
A community health worker.
A nonprofit professional who chose to care.
These are the people helping hold our communities together, yet their work often happens quietly and behind the scenes.
The Community Impact Awards was created to shine a light on these everyday champions while bringing our community together to celebrate the power of connection, collaboration, and service.
We believe the people changing lives every day deserve the same support they work so hard to provide others.

Do you know someone who consistently goes above and beyond to support others? We're seeking nominations for frontline staff and social service professionals whose compassion, dedication, and commitment are making a meaningful difference in our communities. Whether they're helping people access resources, building partnerships, supporting families, or creating pathways to opportunity, we want to hear their story. All nominations are welcome! Three exceptional honorees will be recognized at the Community Impact Awards.
