The Community Services Network is a group of Portland nonprofits, community members, government agencies and companies who want to collectively improve the wraparound services offered to people in need in our community. The CSN was founded in January 2018 with 10 nonprofits and continues to grow.

Purpose: to ensure better cross-education on the services Portland nonprofits provide, their areas of expertise and how to access resources that help individuals and families in need to achieve self-sufficiency.

Current Program Features

  1. Monthly meetings held at participating nonprofits. The host educates the Community Services Network on their organization's specialty area, services, and the process for accessing these services. These meetings also provide an opportunity to network, share events and job openings, and discuss opportunities for collaboration.

  2. Access to an online database of upcoming events, monthly meetings minutes, and group contact information.

  3. Quarterly social service fairs that provide a one-stop shop for individuals seeking social services and resources in geographic areas of need in our community.
